The garden that was recently planted in the area, supplies the Restaurant’s kitchen with fresh produce. Thanks to a whole new culinary approach, most of our food is prepared on the spot. We buy fresh fish straight from the net, from local fishermen that deliver their goods in the presence of our guests.
