Our staff search every corner of this country and, with the collaboration of independent producers, find little «treasures», unusual foods and pure local products.
Moreover, we use biological ingredients as much as we can, even in the most conventional ideas (meaning the plates that are not marked as «biological»), while we offer separate, organic menu, with certified organic raw materials. Last but not least, our plates combine high-quality raw materials with gastronomy and healthy nutrition. In this context, we create «light» menu, followed by nutrition analysis (calories, cholesterol, fats, and more), which are addressed to individuals seeking «clean» pleasures, but also to people with metabolism diseases (obesity, hypercholesterolaemia, diabetes, high blood pressure).
