PARTICIPATION POLICY OF THE COMPETITION

The Company with the distinctive title “DIPNOSOFISTIRION” (hereinafter referred to as the Company), which maintains the website www.dipnosofistirion.gr (hereinafter referred to as the Website), organizes a “Giveaway” contest (hereinafter referred to as the Contest) that will be held through Social Media platforms, and specifically on the Company’s respective Facebook and Instagram pages (hereinafter referred to as the Contest platform), with 2 lucky winners, who will win a family dinner for up to 10 people. The purpose of the participation policy (hereinafter referred to as the Detailed Terms and Conditions) is to define the terms and conditions of participation in the Contest by each interested party and the awarding of winners of the Contest. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms and conditions and/or extend and/or reduce the duration and/or cancel the Contest as well as change the Contest Prizes for any reason and at any time upon notice on the Website. Any such change will be binding on each entrant. The Company assumes no liability whatsoever as a result of any such modifications.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The total duration of the competition is fixed from Friday 24/02/2023, until ΅Wednesday 15/03/2023 (ending at 23:59:00).

All visitors to the website who are residents of Athens are eligible to participate in the Contest. In order to be considered a participant in the contest, one must like the post on Instagram or Facebook, follow the Company’s page on these social media platforms and then comment on the posts, sharing the number of contacts that the Company will set. If all three actions are not completed, the participation in the contest will not be accepted. Each user may enter the competition more than once.

The draw will take place on Thursday 16/03/2023 at 12:00 pm, at the Company’s headquarters and will be based on valid entries throughout the duration of the competition. One winner will be selected from posting on the Facebook platform and one winner from posting on the Instagram platform.

The draw process: the comments of the participants will be entered into a special draw platform, where the winner will be selected. The Company will then check whether the winner has completed all the necessary actions and meets the conditions set out in the competition. An additional person will be drawn as an alternate and the corresponding user will be notified in the event that the original winner is unable and refuses to accept.

The Company reserves the right to change the place and time of the draw by posting a newer announcement on its Facebook and Instagram pages. The name of the winner will be posted on its Facebook and Instagram page and the Company will contact the winner through them.

AWARDING THE GIFTS

After the draw, designated partners will attempt to communicate with the winners via direct message on the Social Media platforms through which they participated in the competition and were selected as winners, in order to inform them about the way to return and use the prize.

During the communication, the winner will be asked for their full details (full name, contact phone number and email address) to send the treats.

The delivery of the treats will be made in disposable containers to the winner’s personal address, using Dipnosofistirion Company’s vehicles.

The prize is specific, personal and cannot be exchanged or requested to be substituted with other prizes or redeemed for cash of any value.

The menu will exclusively include two salads, two appetizers, two main courses and two desserts. The gift does not include drinks and refreshments. You can see the detailed menu in Appendix A. The winner should inform in advance of any allergies and intolerances.

The prize will be valid for up to 30 days after the end of the competition.

If the winner is unable to use the prize, it may not be substituted for another of the winner’s choice. The winner forfeits any right to redeem the prize in the event that:

• for any reason whatsoever does not accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, which are deemed to be material.
• in the event that for any reason an attempt to contact the winner to send the prize is unsuccessful.
• in any case of cancellation of a winner’s entry, the alternate winner will become entitled to the prize.

During and after the term of the competition and receipt of the prize as aforesaid, all obligations of the Company shall cease. The company will not incur or assume any liability to the participants.

The company reserves the right to announce the name and publish, as well as to advertise, any relevant event. The winner, by participating in the competition, unconditionally consents to the above without payment of any fee or compensation.

Participation in the competition constitutes the participant’s express acceptance and consent to the maintenance and processing of his/her data by the company for the purposes of the competition, always within the framework of the current Greek legislation on the protection of personal data, as applicable.

The company has the right to use the data of the registered member at the level of sending newsletters to the member’s email, regarding new or past actions of the company. Due to the promotional nature of this procedure, it is not possible to participate in the competition if you do not wish to provide your consent to the above terms.
