Keeping this in mind, we make sure that people employed in the ‘Dipnosofistion Catering’ are considered unique in their field, from the well-known chefs and pastry chefs, to our specialized partners in all the sections (preparation, serving, flower decoration, lighting, audiovisual entertainment, fireworks, special effects, etc.). Based on experience and expertise, they enjoy getting evolved and strive for innovation. Our people have the capability to operate effectively under stressing conditions where time presses and they are able to satisfy even the most demanding customers.
In the kitchen, Dimitris Skarmoutsos is the executive chef and co-owner. The renowned Greek chef has a magnificent career. Dimitris Skarmoutsos is the chef who manages well in both Mediterranean and French cuisines, but also in sushi and street food.
