A contemporary Greek fine dining restaurant, Delta began its journey from the former Dipnosofistirion space at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) in July 2021. Delta was created through the initiative and generous donation of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), with the aim of becoming a benchmark gastronomic destination worthy of the SNFCC’s high standards, while showcasing Greek cuisine to the world.
